Staff Development/Training
A program or service is only as effective as the people who are
tasked to “make it happen.” The Levitan Center emphasizes
staff development and training as a key way to help people access
the skills and tools needed to “do the job well.”
Whether long-term, job embedded professional development or very
focused “duration limited” training and development,
the Levitan Team concentrates on creating awareness, skill development,
and skills transfer.
Participants of Levitan professional development not only learn
new techniques, but are able to apply these to their work.
