SERVICES Staff Development/Training A program or service is only as effective as the people who are tasked to “make it happen.” The Levitan Center emphasizes staff development and training as a key way to help people access the skills and tools needed to “do the job well.” Whether long-term, job embedded professional development or very focused “duration limited” training and development, the Levitan Team concentrates on creating awareness, skill development, and skills transfer.
